This is a new member of Team Sovy. She's the one who beat Waitriox 200 years ago. Both of their empires were destroyed in the process but she ended up pinning him down and Waitriox running away like a coward because she was shot with an arrow. It wasn't a bad wound, but it delayed her long enough for Waitriox to get away.
