This is a list of details for my character-in-development, Hibiki. She's a character in a game I'm making that's still just in the very beginning stages (ie: Still making characters and descriptions). I finally got my lazy self to upload this list so I could possibly go about getting somebody to make an outfit for her and my other characters. I can create the character and the personality and everything, but not the outfit 
So I now turn to deviantArt for help. Hopefully this'll work out, because if it doesn't, this is pretty much scrapped already TT^TT
Contact me via note if you're interested in trying to create an outfit for her ^_^ A couple things she HAS to have though: A Cicada face mask shaped like the "mouth?" of a cicada, would prefer her hair short, eyes silver when in combat and green when not, wings need to be on her back, not anywhere else (just in case someone wanted to try like her arms or something
