The Story thus far

I was sitting behind a cart that looked like it had once been used in a restaurant to move food and dishes around. I was running low on ammo, and I didn’t know how many of those things were left. I had faced similar creatures as a special ops member of Umbrella, but these things were different somehow. They were definitely undead, but it seemed they were more aware of their surroundings than any T Virus host. And they could run. Damn could they run. I wasn’t too sure about their strength, because none of them had managed to grab ahold of me, thank God. Any that had tried got their heads blown off like the little bastards they were. I was fiddling with my binoculars, waiting for my orders, when I saw something out of my left eye. I looked to my left and sure enough, one of them was standing there. It didn’t seem to notice me, oddly enough, but its head was turning my direction. I raised my Desert Eagle up to its face a shot off a round. BOOM! No more monster. “Captain, do you read me” I called over the radio. No response. I tried again. “Captain, do you read me? Come in Captain” still no response.
